Seger Park Dog Run Seger Playground is well known for the quality of its specially designed dog run. The Seger Dog Run is a dedicated, enclosed area that legally allows dogs to run freely and interact with other dogs. The dog run was the direct result of a strong community effort to bring about effective use of our park space based on the needs and interests of the local neighborhood, and it has been a prominent feature of Seger ever since. The dog run attracts dog owners not just from our local neighborhood, but from all over the city. The quality and success of this feature of our park is the direct result of the voluntarism and commitment of an organization of people who established and now maintain the dog run.
